Herhaald proefspel: 5 oktober 2010 om 13.30 uur in Maastricht

Het proefspel bestaat uit 3 ronden. De in de 3e ronde te spelen (soli uit) orkestwerken worden samen met de uitnodiging bekend gemaakt. Het proefspel is open voor alle nationaliteiten. De selectiecommissie behoudt zich het recht voor op grond van schriftelijke informatie een voorselectie te maken. De honorering geschiedt conform de landelijke CAO Nederlandse Orkesten.

Proefspel: 21 oktober 2010 om  10.30 uur in Maastricht

Het proefspel bestaat uit 3 ronden. De in de 3e ronde te spelen orkestwerken worden samen met de uitnodiging bekend gemaakt. De selectiecommissie behoudt zich het recht voor uit de schriftelijke sollicitaties een voorselectie te maken. Wanneer u afkomstig bent uit Bulgarije, Roemenië of een niet-EU land, dient u in het bezit te zijn van een onbeperkt geldige werk- en verblijfsvergunning voor Nederland. De honorering geschiedt conform de landelijke CAO Nederlandse Orkesten.

Werken bij het Limburgs Symfonie Orkest

In 2008 bestond het Limburgs Symfonie Orkest 125 jaar. Het is daarmee het oudste, professionele symfonieorkest van Nederland. Het Limburgs Symfonie Orkest heeft meer dan honderd optredens per seizoen en neemt een belangrijke plaats in binnen het culturele leven van de provincie. Naast het symfonisch aanbod verzorgt het orkest begeleidingen bij Opera Zuid, werkt het samen met diverse koren en heeft een uitgebreid educatief programma.

Sinds augustus 2001 is Ed Spanjaard chef-dirigent en artistiek adviseur van het orkest. Ed Spanjaard en het orkest profileren zich met een breed repertoire waarin zowel beroemd als minder bekend werk en hedendaagse muziek een plaats vinden.
Het orkest speelt, naast de grotere steden in de provincie Limburg, met regelmaat op de grote podia in Nederland en in de Euregio.

Limburgs Symfonie Orkest is the oldest professional orchestra of the Netherlands. In the rich cultural surroundings of the province of Limburg the orchestra has carved its  own niche: it offers the audience a wide spectre of symphonic concerts, opera's choir-accompaniment and concerts for the young. The orchestra crosses the border quite  frequently to the neighbouring countries of Germany and Belgium.
Chief conductor Ed Spanjaard leads the orchestra with very much success through all the repertoire and gets very good critics in the whole country.
